Menu Plan Monday

Breakfasts:
  • Morning Glory Muffins (using leftover carrot and apple pulp from our juicing)
  • Whole Wheat Chocolate Pancakes
  • Banana Bread
  • Oatmeal with Dried Fruit and Nuts
  • Cereal
Lunches:
  • PB&J/Soups
  • Quesadillas and Fruit
  • Muffin Tin Lunch
  • English Muffin Bread Pizzas
Soups will be leftover Venison Chili from the freezer, and Minestrone

Dinners:

Monday/Tuesday: Veggie Loaded Pasta Bake (got switched around from last week)
Wednesday: Veggie Barley Soup
Thursday: Zucchini Quesadillas
Friday: Stuffed Mushrooms, side dish TBD
Saturday/Sunday: Pasta with White Bean Alfredo Sauce

Snacks:
  • Leftover muffins and banana bread
  • Popcorn
  • Yogurt
  • Granola
  • Apples
  • Canned peaches and pears
