Menu Plan Monday

Breakfasts:
  • Leftover Pumpkin Chip Muffins from the freezer
  • Banana Bread
  • Oatmeal with Dried Fruit & Nuts
  • Cereal
Lunches:
  • PB&J/Soups (Split Pea & Ham and Chicken Enchilada Chili from last week)
  • Quesadillas and Fruit
  • Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup
  • Ham Sandwiches
Dinners:
Monday: Scrambled Eggs with Veggies, Bacon, English Muffin Bread
Tuesday: Sausage, Mushroom, and Black Olive Pizza
Wednesday/Thursday: Slow Cooker Jamaican Red Bean Stew
Friday: Sweet & Sour Ham and Rice
Saturday/Sunday: Veggie Loaded Pasta Bake

Snacks:
  • Granola
  • Yogurt
  • Apples
  • Goldfish Crackers
  • Peanut Butter Graham Crackers
  • Popcorn
