Wednesday: Last Dollar Dinner at the Beacon for the year
Thursday: Veggie Stir Fry
Friday: Mini Frittatas, Hash Browns
Saturday/Sunday: Chicken Bacon Ranch Macaroni & Cheese
I'll also be making Tomato Soup and Ham and Split Pea Soup to freeze in individual portions for Jesse to take for some of his lunches.
