Menu Plan February 1-15

Another month, another menu plan.  Here's the plan for the first half of February:

Saturday, February 1
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Tomato Soup and Grilled Cheese
Dinner: Homemade Macaroni & Cheese, Peas

Sunday, February 2
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Apple Quesadillas
Dinner: Superbowl Snack-y Dinner (right now we're thinking chicken wings and jalapeno poppers)

Monday, February 3
Breakfast: Eggs & Toast
Lunch: Turkey Bacon Wraps
Dinner: Eggplant Lasagna

Tuesday, February 4
Breakfast: Winter Squash Hash and Eggs
Lunch: Leftover Lasagna
Dinner: Black Bean Taco Salads

Wednesday, February 5
Breakfast: Leftover Hash and Eggs
Lunch: Turkey Bacon Wraps
Dinner: Black Bean Taco Salads

Thursday, February 6
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Turkey or PB&J Sandwiches
Dinner: Clean Out The Pantry Soup (navy beans, celery, potatoes, and bacon this time)

Friday, February 7
Breakfast: Yogurt, Granola, Fruit
Lunch: Hot Dogs/Soups from the Freezer
Dinner: Upside Down Pizza Casserole

Saturday, February 8
Breakfast: Cinnamon Scones, Fruit Salad
Lunch: Leftover Pizza Casserole
Dinner: Shepherd's Pie

Sunday, February 9
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Leftover Shepherd's Pie
Dinner: Chicken, Tomato and Red Pepper Mexi Rice

Monday, February 10
Breakfast: Southwest Frittata
Lunch: Leftover Chicken and Mexi Rice
Dinner: Coconut Chicken Soup

Tuesday, February 11
Breakfast: Leftover Southwest Frittata
Lunch: Leftover Coconut Chicken Soup
Dinner: Chicken Salads

Wednesday, February 12
Breakfast: Cereal
Lunch: Black Bean Tortilla Pizzas
Dinner: Beef Fajita Soup

Thursday, February 13
Breakfast: PB&J Banana Blueberry Muffins
Lunch: Black Bean Tortilla Pizzas
Dinner: Leftover Beef Fajita Soup

Friday, February 14
Breakfast: Heart Pancakes with Strawberry Syrup
Lunch: PB&J Heart Sandwiches/Soups from the Freezer
Dinner: Beef Stir Fry

Saturday, February 15
Breakfast: PB&J Banana Blueberry Muffins
Lunch: Chicken, Cottage Cheese
Dinner: TBD
