Tropical Traditions Review And Giveaway!

Several months ago, I had the opportunity to review and give away a jar of Tropical Traditions Gold Label Virgin Coconut Oil. I'm excited for you all, because today I get to give away not just a jar, but a gallon! That's a lot of coconut oil, with lots of opportunities to try new things.

Since my last review (which also included a great banana bread recipe that we use all the time), I've been finding more new ways to use my coconut oil.  We still use it all the time in baked goods, but I also love cooking up a stir fry or making popcorn on the stove.  Everything tastes great, although my husband has commented sometimes that he doesn't like the bit of coconut flavor that does come through. I don't notice it, but I do like coconut flavor and a bit of sweetness.  I think it makes the flavor better.


I'm no expert, although I am becoming a little more knowledgeable about coconut oil, but if you are still a coconut oil newbie, you might want to learn more about what coconut oil is, or how to use it (and there are a ton of ways!)
