Menu Plan Monday

A steaming hot crockpot of taco beans cooking up for tonight's dinner and for another batch of chili for lunches.

Breakfasts:
Lunches:
I have definitely fallen into a lunchtime rut, so I'm going to work on finding new ideas for lunches over the next few weeks.  They have to be quick to prepare, and easy to eat, because we usually get to lunchtime and everyone is ready for a nap already.

Dinners:

Monday: Taco Beans & Rice
Tuesday: Dinner at a debate tournament where Jesse will be judging
Wednesday/Thursday: Slow Cooker Jamaican Red Bean Stew, Mini Corn Muffins (from the freezer)
Friday/Saturday: Cheesy Veggies and Rice, Fruit
Sunday: Homemade Pizza

Snacks:
  • Homemade Rice Krispie Treats (made from some leftover semi-stale Cheerios and marshmallows that have been in the cupboard for a long time)
  • Another new recipe from my Granola Bar Pinterest board
  • Apples
  • Oranges
  • Canned Peaches, Pears, and Pineapple
  • Annie's Bunnies
