Monday: Chicken Alfredo with Broccoli and Mushrooms
Tuesday: Mini Pot Pies (probably the chicken broccoli version)
Wednesday: Loaded Baked Potatoes (bacon, cheese, and veggies)
Thursday: Breakfast Burritos (more bacon. yum.)
Friday-Sunday: TBD
I'm also going to make my own Bisquick-type mix, using this recipe, for the mini pot pies, and probably for pancakes for a weekend breakfast as well.
The end of the week isn't done yet, because we were traveling all weekend, and it's the start of a new month, so I had only planned through the end of May. But I promise, we will still eat something...
