Menu Plan Monday (A Day Late)

Breakfasts:
Lunches:
  • Egg Salad Sandwiches (we got some of the extra eggs from Easter)
  • PB&J or PB&Honey Sandwiches
  • Bean and Cheese Tortillas
  • Muffin Tin Lunches
  • Jalapeno Popper Grilled Cheese (for me)
I'm also planning on making Veggie Minestrone Soup and Venison Chili to put in the freezer for the next few weeks.

Dinners:
Tuesday: Portabella Fajitas (from More Peas, Thank You), Homemade Refried Beans from the freezer
Wednesday/Thursday: Black Bean Taco Salads
Friday: Burger Basket night (local once a month Marine benefit that we sometimes go to)
Saturday: Homemade Pizza - Sausage, Peppers, Black Olives
Sunday: Cashew Pineapple Stir Fry (from Peas & Thank You)

Snacks:
  • Pretzels
  • Crackers & Hummus
  • Popcorn
  • Yogurt
  • Granola and/or Granola Bars
  • Fresh Fruit - Bananas, Apples, Oranges, and Pears
