Dinners:
Monday/Tuesday: Black Bean Taco Salads
Wednesday/Thursday: Crockpot White Bean Chicken Chili (minus the chicken), Mini Corn Muffins
Friday: Pasta with Spinach, Mushrooms, and Cheese (similar to this) (after finishing the menu plan, we actually ate this on Sunday night, and will have Stir Fry on Friday instead)
Saturday: Pizza with Veggies and Bacon
Sunday: White Bean & Sage Burgers
Snacks:
- Yogurt
- Homemade Granola
- Either No Bake Oatmeal Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Bars or Crispy Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
- Popcorn
- Apples, Oranges, Bananas
- Canned Mixed Fruit
